What is a disposable vape?

You don’t need to be refilled, either by refilling the e-liquid in the clearomizer, or by changing the tank. How long does an Iget Vape last for?

We sell a multitude of puff capacities with our best-selling products being within the 2500-4500 puff range. There are a number of deciding factors that influence how long your vape might last. For the larger puff capacities, some users report that certain vapes can last as much as a week or more but this depends on how often you choose to use it.

Is RELX device waterproof?

All RELX devices are not waterproof.

How long should I charge my Infinity Charging Case?

The Charging Case Mini (1000 ma) will be recharged in 60 – 90 minutes.

The Charging Case Max (1500 ma) will be recharged in 90 -120 minutes.

What kind of people are not recommended to try Vape?

Our products is for existing adult smokers and vapers only. It contains nicotine that is an addictive chemical and isn’t recommended for people who are allergic to alcohols, cardiac patients, hypertensive patients, patients with respiratory diseases, pregnant women and lactating women.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders ship within 2 business day of being placed. Most orders placed by 3:00pm will be dispatched the same day.

Once your order has been shipped and labelled you will receive an email with the details of your purchase.

How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to track your order through the carrier.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or Parcel Locker?

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, Parcel Lockers or any other postal service associated with Australia Post.

Can I modify my shipping address?

Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal may not be modified once the order has been submitted.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

What should I do if my package is damaged during shipment?

In addition to the outer packaging, our products are additionally equipped with an internal protective film. If the package is damaged, open it to see if the product is damaged. If it is not damaged, you can still use it. If the product is damaged, please contact our customer service by sending an email to [email protected] within 48 hours after receiving the product, and our customer service will reply to your email within 24hrs.
